The Role
Join a main dealer group in Grimsby as a Vehicle Technician, taking on advanced diagnostics and repairs with accuracy and care. You’ll help keep the workshop running smoothly by guiding colleagues on complex faults, maintaining safety and quality, and ensuring every customer’s car leaves performing at its best. Your week is structured at 40 hours, with pay of £47,225 plus £4,230 bonus potential (OTE £51,455) alongside a well-rounded benefits package.
This role suits technicians with Levels 1–4 in Vehicle Maintenance and Repair (or equivalent), a full UK driving licence and strong, system-savvy workshop skills; franchised dealer experience is ideal. • You will carry out advanced diagnostics and repairs with accuracy and efficiency, using your technical expertise to uphold renowned standards.
• You’ll support and guide the workshop team, sharing knowledge and helping to resolve complex issues.
• A vital part of your role is ensuring every customer receives outstanding service and every vehicle leaves operating at its best.
• You will also contribute to maintaining safety, quality, and overall workshop performance.
• Level's 1-4 Vehicle Maintenance and Repair or equivalent
• Equipped with a full UK driving licence
• Technical knowledge to confidently and safely carry out repairs and maintenance of customer vehicles
• Experienced of working to the highest quality standards ideally within a franchised dealer, with the drive to exceed expectations and productivity targets
