The Role
Join a main dealer group in Grimsby as a Vehicle Technician, carrying out advanced diagnostics and precision repairs to uphold renowned standards. You’ll use your technical expertise to resolve complex issues, guide colleagues in the workshop, and keep every customer informed and satisfied. Safety, quality and overall workshop performance will be central to your day, ensuring each vehicle leaves operating at its best.
This permanent, 40‑hour‑per‑week role suits a Level 1–3 Vehicle Maintenance and Repair (or equivalent) professional with a full UK driving licence, strong systems capability and, ideally, franchised‑dealer experience. In return, you’ll receive £47k basic with OTE around £51,455 plus benefits, including 33 days’ leave and birthday off, family leave support, salary‑sacrifice car, paid volunteering, long‑service recognition, training and growth, cycle‑to‑work, discounts and referral rewards.

• You will carry out advanced diagnostics and repairs with accuracy and efficiency, using your technical expertise to uphold renowned standards.
• You’ll support and guide the workshop team, sharing knowledge and helping to resolve complex issues.
• A vital part of your role is ensuring every customer receives outstanding service and every vehicle leaves operating at its best.
• You will also contribute to maintaining safety, quality, and overall workshop performance.
• Level 1, 2, 3 Vehicle Maintenance and Repair or equivalent
• Equipped with a full UK driving licence
• Technical knowledge to confidently and safely carry out repairs and maintenance of customer vehicles
• Experienced of working to the highest quality standards ideally within a franchised dealer, with the drive to exceed expectations and productivity targets
• Capable of using systems and equipment within our workshop
