The Role
We are looking for an experienced Vehicle Technician to join our client’s reputable automotive employer in the Taunton outskirts.
Key Responsibilities
What We're Looking For
• Previous experience as a Vehicle Technician / Diagnostic Technician
• NVQ Level 3 or have a minimum of 4 years continuous experience
• Have up to date knowledge of Diagnostic systems
• Preferably but not essentially, be EV/hybrid vehicle qualified
• You will need to hold a full valid UK driving license
• Preferably but not essentially, with a current MOT tester qualification
• Be able to understand vehicle wiring diagrams.
• Be able to diagnose both electrical and mechanical faults
• Diagnose complex systems and perform routine service and repairs across our vehicle range.
• Ensure every repair is a quality, first-time fix to provide an outstanding customer experience.
• Communicate with customers to understand their issues and provide clear resolutions.
• Complete video vehicle health checks to highlight any issues and opportunities
