The Role
Flame Recruitment is seeking a Vehicle Technician for a main dealer group in Manchester, Greater Manchester. Working 40 hours per week, you’ll carry out advanced diagnostics and repairs with accuracy, support the workshop team on complex issues, and help ensure every vehicle leaves operating at its best. The role suits a Level 3-qualified technician with a full UK driving licence, confident with workshop systems and ideally experienced within a franchised environment.
In return, you’ll receive £49,114 plus a £4,230 bonus (OTE £53,344) and company benefits. • You will carry out advanced diagnostics and repairs with accuracy and efficiency, using your technical expertise to uphold renowned standards.
• You’ll support and guide the workshop team, sharing knowledge and helping to resolve complex issues.
• A vital part of your role is ensuring every customer receives outstanding service and every vehicle leaves operating at its best.
• You will also contribute to maintaining safety, quality, and overall workshop performance.
• Level 3 Vehicle Maintenance and Repair or equivalent
• Equipped with a full UK driving licence
• Technical knowledge to confidently and safely carry out repairs and maintenance of customer vehicles
• Experienced of working to the highest quality standards ideally within a franchised dealer, with the drive to exceed expectations and productivity targets
• Capable of using systems and equipment within our workshop
