The Role
Join a main dealer group workshop in Sittingbourne as a Vehicle Technician, bringing your experience—ideally from a main dealer background—to a busy workshop. You will diagnose mechanical, electrical and electronic faults, use manufacturer-approved diagnostic equipment and systems, carry out repairs and component replacements, and inspect vehicles to identify additional faults or safety issues.
You’ll hold Level 3 Vehicle Maintenance and Repair or equivalent, a full UK driving licence and your own tools. The package includes a £38k basic salary with an achievable £1,000 monthly bonus, Monday to Friday hours of 7.30 am to 4.30 pm with no weekend working, plus a comprehensive range of benefits such as vehicle and servicing discounts, tool insurance, wellbeing support, recognition and incentives, career development, training and technician healthcare.
