The Role
Join a main dealer group in Wakefield as a Vehicle Technician. You’ll take on advanced diagnostics and repair work with care and accuracy, help colleagues resolve complex faults, and keep every vehicle performing at its best. Alongside hands-on work, you’ll champion safety, quality and workshop efficiency while maintaining excellent customer service.
Suited to technicians with formal training (Level 1–4 or equivalent), a full UK driving licence and experience to high franchised standards, you’re confident with workshop systems and motivated by great outcomes. You’ll work 40 hours per week on a package of £47,225 plus bonus (OTE up to £51,455), with 33 days’ leave including bank holidays, an extra birthday day off, supportive family leave, car salary sacrifice, a paid volunteering day, recognition for long service, training and development, cycle-to-work and retail discounts.

What We're Looking For
• You will carry out advanced diagnostics and repairs with accuracy and efficiency, using your technical expertise to uphold renowned standards.
• You’ll support and guide the workshop team, sharing knowledge and helping to resolve complex issues.
• A vital part of your role is ensuring every customer receives outstanding service and every vehicle leaves operating at its best.
• You will also contribute to maintaining safety, quality, and overall workshop performance.
• Level 1 to 4 Vehicle Maintenance and Repair or equivalent
• Equipped with a full UK driving licence
• Technical knowledge to confidently and safely carry out repairs and maintenance of customer vehicles
• Experienced of working to the highest quality standards ideally within a franchised dealer, with the drive to exceed expectations and productivity targets
• Capable of using systems and equipment within our workshop
