The Role
Flame Recruitment is currently looking for a Vehicle Technician to join a confidential automotive employer busy fast fit centre in Wednesbury. This is a great opportunity for an experienced Vehicle Technician who enjoys a varied role and takes pride in delivering high standards of workmanship and customer service. You will be joining a professional and fast-paced environment where your technical ability and hands-on experience will be highly valued.
Working hours: Monday to Thursday 8.30am - 5.30pm, Friday off, Saturday 8.00am - 5.00pm
Key Responsibilities
What We're Looking For
Performing tyre fitting, wheel balancing, and wheel alignment
Carrying out exhaust, battery, and brake repairs and replacements
Conducting vehicle inspections and diagnostic tests
Providing excellent customer service and technical advice
Keeping the workshop clean, tidy, and safe at all times
Following all safety procedures and workshop protocols
Relevant formal qualification in Automotive City and Guilds or NVQ Level 2 or 3
Current experience as a Vehicle Technician
Own set of tools
Full UK driving licence
This role would suit someone from a fast fit, independent garage, workshop, or dealership background who is looking for a stable opportunity with a good package and a different working pattern.
